[Vanitas sounds a little tired today. The feed is pointed away from him, showing that he's still in bed and that his Axew is far more interested in her snacks than anything her trainer is doing. What the screen isn't showing though, is that Vanitas has somehow turned blond overnight. His hair is ridiculously light, and it really bothers him; that's not the only change though. He's cut his lips with his teeth while just talking, and it's nothing short of awkward trying to eat with them just yet; they've become razor sharp and pointed, two of the canines peeking out from his upper lip. Vani's body is aching all over, especially along his back and up his arms, where weird markings that felt like scars were racing all up and even to his shoulders and back of neck. They almost appeared to be stripes?]

Beato, Rikku. You two as well, I want to know where you are. [This can't be about him feeling sick and wondering if it's some kind of outbreak, right? No, not at all...]

[Rolls his eyes a bit at that glare, setting the gear down near his pillow so he can quick answer it.] I can't just fall asleep, and don't think I haven't learned to carry earplugs if you think you can be smart about using a Pokemon's sleep move again.

... We were, but we won our fights. The guys escaped, but they weren't able to cause more damage than they already did. [While not commenting, he's kind of glad to know SOMEONE can stay out of TROUBLE.]

No, we're good for now. Staying in Goldenrod a bit longer. We were going to go to Kanto today but I'm apparently not allowed out of bed. [While he hasn't been showing his face on the gear, there's always been a view pointing down the bed, legs and feet showing with his Axew still the main 'focus'. The Pokemon is rolling onto her back and kicking her feet up in the air now, grunting and making noise.]

[.......... He kind of derped on his end, and it's enough of a hilarious expression on his face that his Axew is chirping with amusement, hopping up and play charging at the Gear. It's enough to make Vanitas lift it out of the way and give an accidental glimpse of himself; blond hair and what looks like sabertooth teeth.]

I'm surprised feeling sick doesn't keep him there. I keep getting told to go to sleep when I don't sleep a lot in the first place.
