[Vanitas sounds a little tired today. The feed is pointed away from him, showing that he's still in bed and that his Axew is far more interested in her snacks than anything her trainer is doing. What the screen isn't showing though, is that Vanitas has somehow turned blond overnight. His hair is ridiculously light, and it really bothers him; that's not the only change though. He's cut his lips with his teeth while just talking, and it's nothing short of awkward trying to eat with them just yet; they've become razor sharp and pointed, two of the canines peeking out from his upper lip. Vani's body is aching all over, especially along his back and up his arms, where weird markings that felt like scars were racing all up and even to his shoulders and back of neck. They almost appeared to be stripes?]

Beato, Rikku. You two as well, I want to know where you are. [This can't be about him feeling sick and wondering if it's some kind of outbreak, right? No, not at all...]

Yeah. [It's just a quiet acknowledgement. Squeezing his arms a bit reflexively, Vanitas snuffed and carefully tucked his nose against the back of Karkat's neck. Pushing his lips down to cover as much of his teeth as he can, he tries to settle like that; doesn't want to go and cut him up on accident, now does he!]

[Snuffs again, but it comes with a sleepier tone.] Stop talking and maybe I will.

[PFFFFTTT. Pushing and trying to yank that pillow away, Vani instead reaches back and grabs the second pillow on the bed to whump Karkat with it a few times.]

[He really can't stop laughing, this is too hilarious. Pushing himself up on an elbow and swatting away, Vanitas eventually snaps his jaws at the pillow to try and catch it and get it to quit smacking him in the face.]

huffing, Karkat just sort of rolls out of the bed. yeap. totally leaving. ]

[Shifting, he's moving to get right out of bed after him.]

Hey shit for brains, you're sick. You can barely fucking stand so stay in bed.

I'm feeling fine. [Rolls his eyes and swats Karkat with the pillow in his hand.]

Karkat glares then continues to march off. he will just shout 'told you so' at the top of his lungs later. ]

[Well, Vanitas is getting up and he's not as fine as he thought since standing made him dizzy all over again. Stubborn though, he's going to keep going until he gets to the doorway.]

[ hey man. karkat is leaving to get something to eat. ]

[Sry bro, he's not making it. The dizziness is making him need to pause there, and that pause is all it takes for his body to give him a big FUCK YOU and drop.

Yup, passed out mess on the floor.]

[ when Karkat returns, he isn't surprised. without saying a word, he picks Vanitas up and sets the moron back in bed. 8V ]

[Being moved at least wakes him up enough to groan from passing out, but he's not in any hurry to get back up. Reaching and blindly patting his hand around, he's looking for Karkat, because opening his eyes will hurt too much.]
