Not staying here anymore.

[That's really the only warning anyone is getting, but those in Ecruteak will be hearing some chaos at the PokeCenter. One of the bed rest patients has escaped the room, and is apparently darting through the hallways to gather his things before leaving. These items include his clothing (because this gown is the most disgusting thing ever), his Pokemon, and whatever supplies he can thieve from the easy access, behind the counter potions, antidotes, awakenings... the entire gist.

Feel like stopping him? Vanitas can be found making a wheezing break for the front door with a very large, heavy set man in a nurse outfit chasing after him. It seems he's encountered the Ecruteak version of Nurse Tank!

Er. Encountered and is now running for a door instead of the window he would get dragged out of.

Yeah.

Vanitas will manage to escape after some shenanigans, smokescreens and cartwheeling over large nurses, and make a bee-line towards... the burnt tower. If anyone would like to find him a few hours after this text, that is indeed where he shall be! Hanging out in the very bottom floor (after nearly falling through rotten wood, whoops), he's clearing as much of a 'living space' as he can get.]

[That makes him hiss, glowering at that figure. Well, he certainly isn't a mute, or stupid enough to let himself get hit, but Vanitas was displeased by the presence in general.]

[Right back to typing, with a few muffled coughs]

And if you mess with Sora, you'll wish I'd never heard of you.

[That makes him roll his eyes, hiss louder and stomp hatefully on a rock as if it were the runt mentioned. Hardly two stomps in, he flips it up with his boot and kicks it in the guys direction, the corners of his mouth turning into a nasty smile.]

Just for that, I'm going to break his fingers one by one.

[And he just leans out of the way, still typing. There are two people here who are considerably agile, guess who the other one is, Vanitas]

You wouldn't get that far.

You're making it more and more like a challenge you want to see fulfilled, stupid. Now I really want to break every finger on both hands, just so I can say "I was dared".

And then ever so casually pick out a rafter that appears to be a wee bit important to anybody who might want out of that hole, walk up to it...

You're knocking those over like you can keep me trapped down here. [Purposely picking the spot where that rafter used to be, he's taking a running start at the wall beside it and running up a few steps, enough to catch onto another dangling rafter and swing himself up.]

[...Only he'll take advantage of temporarily weak balance and just shove him right back down there]

[Hissing at that shove because his ribs still ache, Vanitas is quick to reach and grab that scarf, yanking the stranger down with him as he topples backwards.]

[You thought your ribs hurt before, but man, how's it feel having somebody the same size as you land on you, Vanitas?

[It's a good thing that despite the rough landing, Vanitas had his feet up; downside is, the cloaked smart-aleck had already sprung away. Rolling onto his feet, he ignored the wheeze in his tone as he snorted.]

It got you down here where I can shut you up.

Couldn't possibly be from training instead, no, you have to assume I'm weak. [Rolling his eyes, Vanitas reached to grab a splintered chunk of wood off the nearest broken pillar, before settling into a... familiar battle stance. That pause to adjust that nasty pink scarf makes him scoff.]

Girly boy has to take care of his looks, huh.

[He only meets that baiting with a flat tone, the shift of his weight all but invisible under his coat]

It's not mine, so I should return it in good condition.

[Snorting, he smirks again anyway.] Right.
