31 // video ; backdated to earlier in the day, like.. noon?

[Today's feed takes place in the dark, or at least, it's dark until the curtain opens just enough from the breeze of the open window, to blind viewers. The light didn't blind just those watching though, because there's a tired, cranky sounding groan emitting from someone nearby. Once the light meter in the screen peters out to normal, it's easier to see that the gear is on the floor, and there are a couple bodies nearby.

Sure, the Pokemon had gotten up and left their trainers by now to sleep, but... well. This is the result of a Swablu being told to sing to put Vanitas to sleep. There's a hand groggily patting around until it lands on the gear, and it's dragged slowly across the floor.. until lifted and there's Vanitas, one eye closed tight and the other squinting.

Needing to pull it back to actually see what time it is, it reveals that there's a head of dark hair tucked at Vanitas' shoulder. With his thumb over the red light, unfortunately, Vanitas is none the wiser to the feed recording.. but then again, he still looks a bit disgruntled when he see's what time it is. Shoving a bit at the sleeping figure on him, Vanitas drops his hand with the gear back to the floor.]

Karkat.. wake up. It's freaking noon..

[While it's hard to see, there's a disgruntled sound coming from the once troll, an arm lifting and a middle finger extended. Growling, Vanitas lifts his hand with the gear in it and lightly smacks Karkat in the back, ending the feed.]

[Rolling his eyes SO MUCH, he's barely got his shorts to his ankles and is wearing boxers.] I have underwear on. [Though not for long is how it usually goes, right?]

[ROLLING HIS EYES MORE. But yeah, the boxers are dropped to his ankles now and he's pushing the towel out of his way, continuing to the bathroom. Hopefully all that might get seen is pale skin of the rump before the door shuts, clothes left where they are.]

then shakes his head and goes to make lunch. ]

[It's ten minutes later before he's stepping out and dressing before going to the kitchen, scrubbing at his wet hair with the towel; even damp, it springs a bit into it's natural spikes.]

[ and this is Karkat. sliiiiiiiding him food. ]

Eat.

[Blinking down at the pile of pancakes on the plate, he has to snort a little in disbelief, but accept the plate.]

... What did you cook for?

Because you won't eat otherwise.

[ Karkat is gracious with his syrup. then he stabs the pancake with a fork. yum. ]

[Grunting quietly, he moves to have a seat at the table then and start munching the pancakes plain.] Could have had popcorn, it's easier to make. [Not that he's really.... complaining too much more than that, his mouth full of that pancake.]

[ rolls eyes. om nom nom pancake! ]

[ Karkat had coffee too. mmmmm! ]

[Gonna sniff a bit at the coffee, curious. He's never really drank it before.]

[He's going to borrow that cup anyway and tip it for a sip. And then make such a face.]

[ and Karkat just sort of laughs. ]

How can you drink this crap? It's like tar. [Pushing the cup back, he's gonna get up to get himself some juice to get the taste out of his mouth.]

I haven't put the creme in it, dumbass.

[ snorts. so maybe Karkat is more a fan of the flavored coffee. ]

How does that make it taste better? It's just milk. [ORANGE JUICE is being drank now, a full glass before he's refilling and bringing it back with him to sit again.]

[ but he's not getting milk. he gets up to dig around in the fridge for whatever the Johto version of hazelnut is. ]

[Simply watches, suspicious that some flavored thing can make that crap coffee taste good.]

[ Karkat is pretty generous with the amount that he pours in. the guy likes sweets, remember? of course he can't have coffee black. ]

[So very leery of that simply making it taste good. Gonna sniff at the coffee again.. smells sweeter, by far.]

[ Karkat groans and just pushes the cup over again. ]

Get it out of the way so I can enjoy it in peace.

[Setting his juice down, he'll take the cup in both hands and sniff at it again, before taking a cautious sip... and then a second. Hm.]
