[The feed cracks on first to show a big, enormous, close up of a black nose and yellow fur. Leaning back enough to show his face, Minun is the one playing with the camera (like always), but it's not on long before a Sneasel steps into view near the little rodent. Booting the smaller Pokemon out of her way, she picks up the device with her long claws and regards the screen with an almost curious look, before making a sour face and ... biting the corner of the Gear. Gnawing on it, she's lightly batted from leaving more marks on it by a black gloved hand and a scolding "Knock it off, Void, I actually need that", before the trainer picks up the gear.

He looks different than usual, and if you guessed it was his hair? DING DING DING! It's not the crazy all over the place bedhead that keeps getting him called Sora; other than some mildly frizzy, very short patches of wispy 'wings' near his ears, the rest was slicked back (in a style resembling this ~~yes that is Hidetoshi from Persona 3~~). The edges hung near the nape of his neck, he had no bangs... Is this really the same person?

Maybe the big, gold, mildly annoyed eyes can clue the viewers in once he spots the red recording light in the corner.]

Runt, you turned it on? Ugh. [Flicking the video feed off, Vanitas spoke briefly, though there was also the sound of a Sudowoodo making a distressed WOODOOOO and seemingly scampering off, before footsteps are picking up quietly.]

Whoever is in Ecruteak, don't mess up the burned tower more. It's somewhat fixed, and I'm sure the locals will want it to stay that way. [Leaving out that he's fixing it, aw yeah. But he did 'mention' it to Morty, so the gym leader? Is all over that joint, wanting to keep it cleaned up; better for tourism and moreso, for the Pokes that live there. Yadda yadda, Vanitas didn't care for his reasons, he just wanted his 'base' to not be smashed when he came back.

What's wrong with the Center?

Apparently it was left as a memorial, but now that part of it is fixed, they're more... interested in the upkeep. [He didn't do too bad now did he.]

I snuck out months ago when I got tired of staying in bed. [Hey, he's totally recovered by now at least.]

I really don't think they'll remember that to hold some sort of grudge.

[Shakes his head and winds up looking a bit sour.] That's not what I'm worried about. Medical professionals, yeah right.

Then who are you to say what happens there?

Maybe I should go to the Sprout Tower and start deciding it's mine.

Because I fixed it. [He's got a little bit of a hiss in his tone now.]

I don't care what you do. If you do anything to my tower, you'll wish you hadn't. [That is definitely a threat, headphones boy.]

Your tower which isn't even yours, you mean.

[He shrugs. You sound like a homeless person that fixed up a place, if anything.] Whatever. Do what you want.

[The smile immediately drops] A memorial for the burning? [His voice is carefully blank]

[He pretty much is a homeless person.] Buzz off. I already am doing what I want. [CLICK, you just got hung up on, dawg.]

Mm. I feel like it's stupid to just leave it completely destroyed though. [Half shrugs.] Nothing would want to come back to that.

[Purses his lips together] What exactly is it a memorial for?

[Vanitas can't help a mildly surprised look, but clears his throat slightly.] There's a local legend in Ecruteak about it. There was a bad storm hundreds of years ago that had lightning strike the one tower. It caused a fire, and three Pokemon were burned to death inside. The Pokemon at the top of the unburned tower revived the three before disappearing itself.

[At that, he finally relaxes slightly.] What's the pokemon supposed to be like? The one who revived them.

[Shrugs and shakes his head.] No idea. No records are around about it other than it being capable of revival. Same goes for the one that was on top of the tower that was struck; there's even less about that one, just that one was there.

Huh. [He goes quiet for a moment, then smiles and shakes his head] Must be a powerful one if it could revive the dead.

Mm. [There's a hint of a curve at the corners of his mouth, his expression relaxing a bit.] It's interesting.

[A sneasel. She returns the stare coolly, before turning her attention back to Vanitas.]

However, it does not appear that the structure is entirely sound. Such a building should be torn down before it causes further risk.

It can be rebuilt. [Narrowing his gaze just slightly, Void cracks a nasty little smile at the returned stare and blows a raspberry, before darting around to settle on Vanitas' shoulder instead, leaning with her spine against his neck.]

The locals were too lazy to rebuild it, but they didn't want to tear the rest down, from what I understand.

[... why she never. :| Shooting a glare over at the sneasel.]

The hazards the building poses most certainly outstrips any foolish sentimental value. The building should be torn down.

On another note, your Sneasel [pursed lips go here] appears to be very poorly disciplined.

Should be, but won't be. [He'll put his foot down in all sorts of violent ways if someone tries it. Glancing though, he just snorts with a half smirk.] She fights well and listens to me. That's all I care about.

You believe you have a say in such things? [Challenging, but only for the sake of being challenging. She frowns, however, at his next remark.] What a very irresponsible method.

No legendary, mythical Pokemon would want to come back to a dump like that. [That's the only... incentive he has really about keeping the tower intact. He wants to see it. Chuckling anyway, he shrugs his other shoulder, his expression resembling Void's previous little smirk.]

Such methodology is entirely too crass. If you are aware of your faults, then you must simply use discipline to change it.

Mm. Not much is known about it, other than it resurrected three Pokemon that died in a fire. [Oh good, it means he has to work slightly less harder to make his point about the tower being important. Shrugging again simply, Void gives a similar troll-like expression at Franziska, even imitating her trainers shrug with her clawed arms.]

I don't happen to see any faults; it's simply a different style. Taunting and irritating an enemy leaves them open, because their emotions cloud their judgement, and they get careless.
