[The feed cracks on first to show a big, enormous, close up of a black nose and yellow fur. Leaning back enough to show his face, Minun is the one playing with the camera (like always), but it's not on long before a Sneasel steps into view near the little rodent. Booting the smaller Pokemon out of her way, she picks up the device with her long claws and regards the screen with an almost curious look, before making a sour face and ... biting the corner of the Gear. Gnawing on it, she's lightly batted from leaving more marks on it by a black gloved hand and a scolding "Knock it off, Void, I actually need that", before the trainer picks up the gear.

He looks different than usual, and if you guessed it was his hair? DING DING DING! It's not the crazy all over the place bedhead that keeps getting him called Sora; other than some mildly frizzy, very short patches of wispy 'wings' near his ears, the rest was slicked back (in a style resembling this yes that is Hidetoshi from Persona 3). The edges hung near the nape of his neck, he had no bangs... Is this really the same person?

Maybe the big, gold, mildly annoyed eyes can clue the viewers in once he spots the red recording light in the corner.]

Runt, you turned it on? Ugh. [Flicking the video feed off, Vanitas spoke briefly, though there was also the sound of a Sudowoodo making a distressed WOODOOOO and seemingly scampering off, before footsteps are picking up quietly.]

Whoever is in Ecruteak, don't mess up the burned tower more. It's somewhat fixed, and I'm sure the locals will want it to stay that way. [Leaving out that he's fixing it, aw yeah. But he did 'mention' it to Morty, so the gym leader? Is all over that joint, wanting to keep it cleaned up; better for tourism and moreso, for the Pokes that live there. Yadda yadda, Vanitas didn't care for his reasons, he just wanted his 'base' to not be smashed when he came back.

I have heard of such a tower. And from my experience of watching fools peruse it over the network, it appears to be a health hazard of the highest degree.

Only if you think playing in the rafters is a good idea. I can't say the upper levels are safe, but the basement is at least free of boarded nails. [Void the Sneasel is going to clamber her way up, climbing right up Vanitas' leg and perching on his forearm to give the video feed a nasty stink eyed glare.]

However, it does not appear that the structure is entirely sound. Such a building should be torn down before it causes further risk.

It can be rebuilt. [Narrowing his gaze just slightly, Void cracks a nasty little smile at the returned stare and blows a raspberry, before darting around to settle on Vanitas' shoulder instead, leaning with her spine against his neck.]

The locals were too lazy to rebuild it, but they didn't want to tear the rest down, from what I understand.

The hazards the building poses most certainly outstrips any foolish sentimental value. The building should be torn down.

On another note, your Sneasel [pursed lips go here] appears to be very poorly disciplined.

Should be, but won't be. [He'll put his foot down in all sorts of violent ways if someone tries it. Glancing though, he just snorts with a half smirk.] She fights well and listens to me. That's all I care about.

Apparently it was left as a memorial, but now that part of it is fixed, they're more... interested in the upkeep. [He didn't do too bad now did he.]

[Vanitas can't help a mildly surprised look, but clears his throat slightly.] There's a local legend in Ecruteak about it. There was a bad storm hundreds of years ago that had lightning strike the one tower. It caused a fire, and three Pokemon were burned to death inside. The Pokemon at the top of the unburned tower revived the three before disappearing itself.
