[The audio flickers on just in time, cutting out the end of a crash of something going in the room. There's nothing to see, no, but there's plenty to hear. Someone is breathing hard, like he's been doing way too much heavy lifting or other activity for a long time. There isn't anyone moving to pick up the gear though, because the footsteps trudge around and violently slam things around, and it's only after another good ten minutes of things getting shoved and thrown around that the gear gets batted around until it flips and the video is flicked on.

There sits an Espeon, one who may look familiar to those who knew Ven, and he just flicks his tails. While normally silent, the things going on behind him have him tilting his body aside to give a view of the room; well, what used to be the room. It looks totally trashed. Bed flipped, shelves yanked out, everything is just thrown everywhere and there's Vanitas, sitting in the mess like a child.]

Someone collect him.

Yes, nearly five years ago now. It's been two and a half years since I arrived here, and then before, we had been separate for two years. Our Master at the time wanted to force Ventus to awaken the darkness in his heart, but Ventus is.. too kind for it. So, Master tore half of his heart free and created me with the little darkness there was.

[Never fails to be a little strange to explain the circumstances of his birth.]

To think that Ventus' past had not been one of a happy one surprised him, knowing how cheerful the kid is whenever they've met, chat and sparred together.

Then again, he never really did know him that well despite all that.]

He destroyed our heart to keep his friends safe even. [It's said quieter, with a tired sort of smile.]

Since he's gone back, he's been asleep for.. ten years, I believe is what he told me the last time he had one of those memory comas. I don't know if we'll be waking up anytime soon.

Sides, he's p sure that kind of guy wouldn't be the one for those kind of things.]

You know, when it involves a friendly guy like that, it's usually the cheesy things that wakes him up.

[at least, that's how's it been in fictional works anyways.]
