[A medium pitched whine is what opens the feed up today, big yellow eyes frowning childishly into the screen. That is definitely Vanitas' face, but he's looking a little... off. While the face hogs the screen, there's a continuous sound of metal clashing on metal in the background, but Vanitas doesn't seem to be paying any attention to it. Instead, he's starting to make a few silly faces!

Crossing his eyes and sticking out his tongue, then wiggling his eyebrows and blowing a raspberry, he's just amusing the hell out of himself, judging from the chittering chuckles. Jerking with a surprised yelp a moment later though, there's a large puff of smoke with the gear clattering on the ground.

Black and red streaks away before Vanitas is picking up the gear again with a very solid scowl.]

After I died Equius made me a robotic body.

I mentioned I was a time player, right? Using that, I accumulated a rather large number of doomed selves. They - we - were able to suppress the king's glub working together. I could not have done that without that body; my usual body no matter the plurality would not have sufficed.

The glub was something from Feferi's lusus, which would have killed us all.

I think I get it. [Not that he knows what the glub particularly WAS, or what Feferi's lusus was, but the fact that it would have killed everyone is the tip.] Are you alive only here then?

No, I came back to life back home, a while after that.

Not in ours, I shouldn't think. Karkat's died once, too. His dreamself, admittedly, but it's the same thing in the end. I've died quite a few times, as has Sollux! Actually, everyone here has died at least once. Except John? I think he's too far back to have died yet.
