Trainers with Aerodactyls. Did any of you manage to get yours to quit snapping at everything in sight, or is this something I'm going to have to figure out on my own?

[Staring into the screen, Vanitas looks all sorts of nonchalant today, despite the ancient dinosaur with wings having a mouthful of forearm in her jaws. She's a bit smaller than an Aerodactyl is supposed to be, but it certainly doesn't change the annoyed snarl from her face. Really, he's just calling it a baby tantrum; she didn't like that he reached down in the way of her food and took a chomp.

Why the hell does he look like it doesn't hurt? When Sharon growls and tries to grind her teeth more, all she manages is to tear his sleeve a bit and reveal that there is a heavily hammered steel gauntlet beneath the fabric, and while the teeth aren't getting through, they're starting to leave some nasty dents.]

Anyway, the Pewter gym looks like it'll be easy as hell. It's a rock type gym, right? I guess we'll see if I get surprised at all or not; I did underestimate Celadon's gym once.

[Sharon doesn't like this 'being ignored' thing, and growls louder, gnashing her teeth against the steel.] Gnaw all you want, you big baby. You're not breaking through it, not with how many layers I melted into that thing.

They don't sound anything alike, Rikku and Riku. Voicewise, I mean. Who are Evan and Rin? [At least Vanitas knows who Rin is, just not.. by that name. "that douchebag with a pink scarf" from nearly two years ago.]

I guess Braidku is suitable, but foofyku is hilarious.

[ She shakes her head. ] He can't. I've checked.

I'll be judge of that. She seems pretty feisty, at any rate. Stubborn, too.

No, but talking about them it gets a bit long to say which slepping it is. And those two look like Riku with one k, just... they aren't him. I've never really been told who they are to him. Just... not him.

His world is full of weird complicated things and shared faces I guess.

His hair is Foofy, I don't see how that's hilarious. Well... it would be fun to play with!

[ she stares at that picture for a moment. a loooong moment. ]

That...looks nothing like her. [ she looks into the tub where Xiao'yu is just drifting along. ]

Oh yeah, I've been doing the pointy thing but it's hard to remember all the names... and I'm still getting used to typing.

You probably don't have to evolve her if you don't want to, or if she doesn't want to. Evolution just makes them stronger, but some Pokemon don't want to change.

Heh, it took me a while to get used to it too. It's easier in some cases than talking.

I guess. And I think I've met one; I've known him for about a year. He was here and then left, but I never got a name. Shared faces aren't a surprise to me though, since Ventus and Roxas have similar faces, and mine and Sora's are just a color change away.

Foofy? I'd guess swishy is more the thing, but heh I'll just go with it.

Heh, feisty is a good word for her. Her mothers name is Terror, if that gives you any hint to where her behavior comes from.

I guess I'll just let her decide, I don't know what's best for her. These pokemon creatures aren't very much like the animals I'm familiar with.

Well, Evan's name was Riku, but I thought that would get confusing so I suggested Evan. I don't know if the other one was also Riku or not. Does your home have a limited number of faces or something? Sharing can't be all that fun.

Nonono, it is definitely foofy, hair is one of those things I know.

[ she can tell and it makes her giggle a bit again. ] I'll definitely take you up on that offer!

Similar faces means we are connected in some way.

Heh, alright, so since you know Sora, what would you try nicknaming us as? [Flipping the video feed on, sup Imogen. It's Sora, but with black hair and gold eyes, and it looks like he's gotten a haircut recently.]

There's a lot of stuff the same, but... of all the things that really make you different its your eyes. His eyes are vast and blue and yours are sharp and dark.

Really? I thought it was kind of exciting.

It just seems like all you need to do is make the Pokemon really overleveled.

Heh, yeah, to a point. If you meet a guy named Riku, Terror is his Aerodactyl.

Hm. I could live with that. Better than foofy any day.

Now what would be the fun in that, Vanitas? A bit of a level advantage would be fine to even out the playing field, but I wouldn't want to overdo it.

I've spoken with Riku before. I don't think I saw his Aerodactyl. Maybe the next time I talk to him, I'll ask about her.

Exactly my point, it ruins any fun. So long as you know that, I guess it should be fine.

Go for it, maybe you can teach her some discipline. [It's a half tease, it's not her responsibility anyway.]

Pffff. I think Riku's probably got it covered. If not, well, he seems like a smart enough guy. Give him a little credit, Vanitas.

Heh, he has enough credit in being the first to get all the badges.

He does. Has anyone else collected them all? Do you know?
